Method: Build
Fill your highball glass with distilled ice cubes that you buy in your grocery store
Add your Marstal No. 31. over the ice cubes in order to enhance the flavour of the gin
Gently add your preferred tonic water. Instead of stirring your drink, turn the ice cubes around. In that way the carbon dioxide stays in the tonic water
Peel a long piece of the orange and add it to your drink without squeezing it
You have now made yourself a nice Gin & Tonic. Enjoy!

Method: Build
Fill your highball glass with distilled ice cubes
Add your Marstal No. 31. over the ice cubes
Gently add your preferred tonic water.
Add 2 delicious pieces of Guava
Guava adds a bit of sour and sweetness, which goes perfectly in a Gin & Tonic. Enjoy!
A vintage cocktail glass

Mozart dry – 1.5 cl.
Cocchi americano – 2 cl.
Lemon – 2 cl.
Sugar syrup – 1 cl.
Garnish – Lemon zest
Method: Shake
Add the ingredients in your shaker, and give it a good shake
Pour the liquid in you vintage glass
Add a piece of lemon zest for garnish

Burn the cinnamon stick in glass filled with ice
Add your Marstal No. 31. over the ice cubes
Gently add your preferred tonic water.
Cinnamon goes very well with Marstal No. 31, creating a sweet taste. Enjoy!

Luxardo bitter bianco – 3 cl.
Little blanc – 2 cl.
Clarified lemon juice – 2 cl.
Garnish – dried orange, orange zest
Method: Stir
Mix the ingredients in your vintage cocktail glass and stir carefully
Add the garnish
You have now create a white negroni sour – simple and delicious. Enjoy!

Rondo aperitivo – 1cl.
Campari – 1 cl.
Cocchi vermouth di torino – 2 cl.
Garnish – fresh lemon
Method: Smoke stirring
Mix the ingredients in a small glass bowl
Add the smoked oak and keep the bowl covered
Stir while the smoke is still in the bowl
Remove the cover and stir untill the smoke has disappeared.
Pour into glass and add garnish
